How we vet buyers

Every buyer in our network has:

  • Proof of funds for transactions (verified annually)
  • Minimum 12-month operating history
  • Documented track record of fair purchases (verified through closed transactions)
  • No history of fraud complaints with state attorney general offices
  • Signed our Fair Practices Agreement

How we make money

Transparency matters. Here's our business model:

Buyers in our network pay us a referral fee when a closing happens. The fee comes from their margin — it doesn't reduce what you receive. If you don't sell, neither we nor the matched buyer get paid.

Your rights

Under federal law (the Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rule), you have certain protections when working with any company involved in foreclosure assistance or distressed property sales:

  • You have the right to cancel any contract within 3 business days (in many states)
