What HomePath Options is

HomePath Options is a free service that matches homeowners considering a sale of their property with pre-qualified buyers in our network. We are not a real estate agent, broker, lender, or property buyer.

What we promise

• The service is free to homeowners
• We will never charge you any upfront fees
• We will match you with one local, vetted buyer per request (not multiple)
• We will not sell or share your information beyond the matched buyer
• You may withdraw your match request anytime

What we don't promise

• We don't guarantee any specific offer price
• We don't guarantee a sale will happen
• We don't guarantee the matched buyer will agree on terms with you
• We are not responsible for the matched buyer's conduct or any transaction outcomes

What you agree to

By using HomePath Options, you agree:

• To provide accurate information about your property and situation
• To be contacted by one matched buyer about your property
• That HomePath Options is not a real estate agent, broker, or attorney and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice
• To not hold HomePath Options liable for any transactions between you and a matched buyer

Termination

You may stop using HomePath Options at any time. If you've already been matched, you can ask us to revoke the match by emailing hello@homepath-options.com.

Federal law compliance

HomePath Options operates in compliance with the federal Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rule (MARS Rule, 16 CFR Part 322) and applicable state real estate and consumer protection laws.

Disputes

Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located. Before any legal action, we ask that you contact us to attempt informal resolution: complaints@homepath-options.com.

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version always applies.
