HomePath Options takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and your rights.

What we collect

When you submit a match request, we collect:

  • Your name, phone, email
  • The property address
  • Your situation (foreclosure, probate, divorce, etc.)
  • Your timeline preference
  • Any notes you provide

We also collect basic technical information when you visit our site (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard web analytics.

What we do with your information

Your match-request information is shared with one matched buyer in our network for the purpose of contacting you about your property. That's it.

We do NOT:

  • Sell your information to other companies
  • Share with multiple buyers
  • Add you to marketing lists
  • Use your data for advertising targeting

We MAY share aggregated, anonymized data (no personal identifiers) for industry research or reporting purposes.

The matched buyer's obligations

Every buyer in our network has agreed to:

  • Use your information only to contact you about the property you submitted
  • Not share your information with any third party
  • Honor any request from you to stop contact

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any information we have on you
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Tell the matched buyer to stop contacting you (they're required to comply)
  • Opt out of any future communications from us
