If you're our investor for your county and situation type, you get every match. No five-person bidding war. No racing other investors to a phone number.

Pre-qualified leads

Every match has explicitly opted into being contacted (TCPA-compliant), is verified through our intake process, and is in active selling consideration — not casual browsers.

Pay only at closing

Zero upfront cost. No subscription. No per-lead charge. We earn a referral fee at the closing table, paid through escrow. If a deal doesn't close, we make nothing.


What we require

Our standards are high because homeowner trust is our entire product. To join, you must:

  • Have verified proof of funds sufficient to close on properties in your target counties (bank statement, line of credit, or fund commitment letter dated within 60 days).
  • Be a registered business in good standing with the appropriate state Secretary of State.
  • Hold any licenses required for your activities (e.g., wholesaler registration in CT or NJ where applicable).
  • Have a clean record — no unresolved AG actions, FTC enforcement, BBB complaints rated F, or consumer-finance regulatory findings in the past 5 years.
  • Maintain general liability insurance of at least $1M per occurrence and E&O insurance of at least $500K.
  • Sign and uphold our Buyer Network Agreement (fairness pledge, recordkeeping, audit cooperation).

What we don't allow

Conduct that will get you removed from the network immediately:

  • High-pressure sales tactics (fake urgency, threats, "act now" pressure).
  • Lowball offers without documented comps and repair estimates.
  • Bait-and-switch repricing after acceptance.
  • Sharing homeowner data with anyone (including affiliates) without homeowner consent.
  • Operating outside your assigned territory.
  • Refusing to honor a homeowner opt-out request.
  • Soliciting homeowners for activities not disclosed in your application.

Our vetting process

  1. Application. You submit the form below. We review within 5 business days.
  2. Funds verification. We request and verify proof of funds.
  3. Background check. We search state AG records, BBB, federal court (PACER), and licensing databases.
  4. Reference interviews. 3 prior sellers (or homeowners you've worked with) confirm fair dealing.
  5. Agreement signing. You sign the Buyer Network Agreement and complete onboarding.
  6. Territory assignment. Confirmed in writing.

Our fee

Specific fee terms are disclosed when you advance past application review and into the agreement-signing phase. As a baseline: we charge a referral fee on closed deals only, paid through escrow at closing. The amount is competitive with industry referral norms and is disclosed transparently in your signed Buyer Network Agreement. No subscriptions. No per-lead charges. No retainer.
